Terms of service

Agreement

These terms apply to your use of the Faxy online fax service operated by the administrator of faxy.pl. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Faxy lets you send and receive faxes through a web interface, email and an API, and stores them in an archive. Delivery depends on the telephone network and the recipient equipment, so we cannot guarantee that every fax is accepted by the other side. The receipt shows the final status.

Accounts

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping access details safe. Give access only to people who need it and remove users when they leave.

Plans and billing

Plans are subscriptions billed monthly or annually and renew until cancelled. Prices are in US dollars. Page limits count pages sent and received in the billing period and do not roll over. Removing a document does not restore pages.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time in your account settings. The plan remains active until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refunded.

Acceptable use

Do not use Faxy for unsolicited bulk faxes, unlawful content, harassment or to interfere with the service or other users. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

Your content

You keep the rights to your documents. You allow us to process them only to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to send what you send and for choosing recipient numbers carefully.

Regulated information

If you handle regulated information such as protected health information, you are responsible for meeting your own legal duties. A business associate agreement is available with the Enterprise plan.

Liability

The service is provided as is, to the extent allowed by law. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new version here. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
